Punjab Healthcare Commission, Lahore Qualification:
- MBBS/ BDS or Master’s degree in Public Health / Management or 18 years of education in the fields of Pharmacy/Bio Medical engineering/Medical Lab Technology or equivalent from PM&DC/HEC or relevant Authority recognized/accredited institutes
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field with sound exposure to healthcare service delivery systems of public and/or private sectors.
- Well versed in use of Microsoft technologies
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the PMU in alignment with the goals of the Inspections Directorate and Oversee the inspection and licensing processes for Category III non-allopathic HCEs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring the professional development and performance of the team.
- Prepare and present reports on the status of Inspections activities to senior management and relevant authorities.
- Ensure continuous improvement of processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct desk & field monitoring.
