- Bachelors and/or Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering/Software Engineering or Related Field.
- Certifications in relevant field will be preferred
Experience:
- At least 8-10 years of proven experience in relevant role
- Substantial experience in leadership role within a software development environment.
- Experience in developing enterprise level applications.
- Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban and Experience in planning and executing software development projects.
Jobs Responsibilities:
- In-depth understanding of the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Proficiency in various programming languages and technologies relevant to the organization’s tech stack.
- Awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies and Knowledge of software architecture and design principles and Knowledge of quality assurance processes and best practices in software testing and Knowledge of security best practices in software development.
- Awareness of common security vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies and Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and communicate a clear software development strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation within the software development team
