Punjab Healthcare Commission, Lahore                Qualification:

  • MBBS/BDS with Post graduation in clinical subjects/ Masters in Public Health/Health Management or 18 years of education in the field of Business Administration / Public Administration/Bio Medical engineering/Medical Lab Technology  from PM&DC / HEC or relevant Authority recognized/accredited institutes

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field with sound exposure to healthcare service delivery systems of public and/or private sectors  

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supervision and overseeing of overall work related to issuance of registration certificates, provisional and regular licenses; correspondence with  HCEs  efficient action on documents received from HCEs.
  • Supervision and monitoring of scrutiny conducted by officers of the received applications / documents for issuance of registrations and licenses.
  • Responsible for data processing/record keeping of L&A Directorate. Ensure maintaining updated record of HCEs for registration and licensing.
  • Responsible for need based correspondence including: Assembly Questions and Adjournment Motions, Court Cases, Pakistan Citizen Portal. 
  • Prepare draft speaking orders for court cases.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports, and reports required by Monitoring Department and Communication Department and other need based reports and Provide team members with technical and logistic support needed for their working.
