By Human Resource Solutions International (HRSI) for a Karachi-based company                                       Qualification:

  • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master’s from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution / equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.   

Experience:

  • Preferably 8-10 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 5-7 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, policy development, and change management.             

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage organizational design frameworks and policies, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and support a high-performance culture. Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
  • Oversee the planning and administration of HR budgets and s alary structures, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with market standards.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives, fostering a culture of adapt ability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements and mitigate organizational risks.
