For Human Resource Solutions International (HRSI), Karachi Qualification:
- Law Degree from HEC recognized Law School / University. Solicitor, Bar-at-law or
- L.L.M will be an added advantage
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years related experience in a junior management position.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle and monitor litigation cases before different courts/forums of law through external counsels,
- Review the pleadings before filing before the courts and maintain the status of court cases and follow up with the external lawyers.
- Vet agreements, MOUs, Addendums etc. and other legal documents and render legal opinion in the matter, if required and provide legal advisory services and other required legal assistance to the departments on their different legal issues after review of Inquiry Reports, Charge Sheets, Show Cause notices, Court Orders and other relevant documents.
- Review all relevant contracts, agreements, letters, proposals etc. to ensure compliance to the prevailing laws and regulations, and raise issues that may have legal and statutory implications to the Company.
