Experience:
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience. or Ex-Army Officer from Corps of Engineer and Experience in infrastructure or large-scale civil projects preferred.
- Familiarity with budget management, scheduling, and risk assessment in construction projects.
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are aligned with timelines, resources, and budgets. Participate in risk assessment, identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies. Coordinate with engineers, quantity surveyors, contractors, and consultants to optimize project execution. Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Ensure work sequences are followed efficiently, minimizing delays and disruptions. Provide technical guidance and support to engineers, supervisors, and site staff. Resolve operational issues and provide timely solutions to maintain progress.
