Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ability to effectively pitch and sell Vodafone’s fiber services through face-to-face interaction. Target-Driven & Results Orientation. Communication & Interpersonal Skills. Product & Market Knowledge
- Conduct door-to-door or field-based sales to promote Vodafone Fiber (FBER) products, mobility and prepaid to residential customers. Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs. Identify potential customers and present tailored solutions based on their internet usage needs.
- Provide accurate information about Vodafone’s fiber- mobility – prepaid packages, pricing, and installation process.
- Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and maintain a strong sales pipeline and Ensure timely and accurate submission of customer applications and documentation.
- Represent Vodafone professionally at all times and uphold the company’s values and ethics.
- Provide feedback from the market to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Monthly number of new fiber customer activation. Sales target achievement rate and Lead conversion ratio. Customer satisfaction and service quality ratings.
- Accuracy and completeness of submitted applications.
