Director Finance

Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), Islamabad                Qualification:

• Qualified CA/ACCA/ACMA/CFA or master’s in finance from HEC recognized local or international university, with a strong understanding of finance, accounting, and operations management

.Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in managing, finance, accounts, and budget related function of an organization and Well versed with AGPR regulations, following government policies and procedures and possess sound knowledge of government and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Preference will be given to candidates having experience of working in progressive public sector/ international / technology industry organization

Jobs Description:

• Responsible for leading and managing the finance, accounts, and budgetary functions.
• Ensure the preparation and maintenance of final accounts, accounting records, and preparation of periodical financial reports/ statements.
• Ensure safety and security of all financial data both in soft and hard form.
• Formulating and implementing strategies, policies, processes, and action plans to create an efficient system of financial/ internal controls.
• Budget preparation, variance analysis, financial administration/management and liaison with other teams and disseminating financial/ other information within and outside organizations (wherever required).
• Proactively pursue funding sources, generate new revenue streams, monitor and manage cash flows and propose adequate plans for investments.
• Ensure strict compliance with the SECP, FBR and Government of Pakistan’s rules, regulations, policies, and directions and Review all agreements concerning financial obligations, such as contracts for products or services and other actions requiring a commitment to financial resources.
• Manage banking operations, safeguard assets, and ensure periodical reconciliation of assets/ inventory in close coordination with admin/ operations team.
