• 10 years of progressive senior management experience in healthcare operation with proven ability to manage multi-site healthcare
• Strong leadership, communication and decision making skills
• Experience in patient-centered service delivery and operational excellence

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across all dispensaries
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, policies and regulations and develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and patient care
• Lead, guide and mentor admin and medical staff and coordinate resources, facilities and support services across sites
