National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Islamabad                                                                            Qualification:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) (Master of Business Administration (MBA) (Masters)) or MS in Management Science (MS in Management Science (Masters)) or MBA (Supply Chain Management) or Masters in Supply Chain Management                                

Experience:

• Minimum 15 Years’ Experience in related field in a senior procurement management role.
• Ability to undertake large-scale, diversified and technology oriented procurement assignments.
• Well conversant with PPRA Rules and effective application in practice.
• Proven experience of contract drafting, negotiation and vendor management.

Jobs Responsibilities:

• In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends and regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with procurement software and technologies and  Ability to analyze data and make informed, strategic decisions.
• Strategic Leadership: Lead and oversee the procurement department, develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement processes.
• Innovative Solutions: Introduce innovative procurement solutions and methodologies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 
• Contract Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of contracts and service agreements, ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
