Director Projects Construction Civil-Karachi

By a well-reputed construction and engineering company, Karachi   Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Master’s degree is preferred

Experience:

• 15+ years of proven experience in managing, execution of major construction projects of commercial, industrial buildings
• Strong leadership, decision-making, communication and coordination skills with hands-on experience with project planning, execution methodologies, QA/QC, HSE compliance and contract management

Jobs Description:

• Lead and manage overall project execution from planning to completion and ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standard. safety protocols and timeline
• Supervise project teams, contractors, consultants and site staff
• Monitor project progress, budgets. schedules and resource allocation and oversee preparation of progress reports
• Identify and resolve technical, operational and contractual issues
