District Coordinator-IRD, Bhimber, AJK

By Integrated Research and Development (IRD), Singapore                Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree         

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in project management at district level.
• Experience in the development sector/public health sector is preferred.
• Ability to produce reports in a clear manner to track project outcomes and report to the project teams. Good computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and MIS related software.                 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Real-time reporting and coordination with the Implementation Team on events and challenges. 
• Coordinate with District Management Committee for MDA and ensure smooth execution of training and drugs management during De-worming campaign. Build liaison between district governments to ensure all of the arrangement made before the de-worming day.
• Coordinate with local community sensitization channels for dissemination of De-worming day communication messages in-line with provincial government guidelines and to implement Community Sensitization activities in the district.
• Coordinate, assist and monitor drug storage and its distribution to the training venues and subsequently to schools with health department.
• Coordinate and assist the district government and Third-Party Independent Monitoring. Firm for monitoring and validation of data.
• Ensure timely nominations of Master trainers and teachers from Government departments for the trainings.
• Ensure the attendance sheets of training sessions conducted by Master Trainers are duly filled as per the protocols and sent(Hard and Soft copies duly signed by competent.
• Collection of duly filled, signed and approved attendance sheets from the respective area education offices and its timely submission to IRD finance and Ensure the leftover drugs from schools are returned to the DHO office in a timely fashion.
• Coordinate, monitor and assist the reporting through the reverse cascade. Ensure all treatments forms are properly shared by all Master Trainers to the DEO office.
• Ensure that the reporting cascade is completed within given time frame and shared with line manager. Ensure that all reporting forms are digitized on given template and shared with line manager.
• Coordinate, follow-up with MTs and teachers after payment disbursement by IRD to maximize the collection by training participants and collect/compile/share complaints of teachers for corrections and payment.
