By IRD Global Health, Research and Development, Singapore, Maternal and Child Health Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social sciences or Health sciences or any other relevant subject.
Experience:
- At least of 2-3 years of experience in the public health sector is required. Experience and training in immunizations would be advantageous. Field Implementation and Service Delivery.
- Better Linguistic Skills. Proficient in field implementation activities. Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support Field officers/Supervisors in resolving field related issues and Conduct training needs analysis for the vaccination team, comprising Vaccinators, LHWs, and Field Supervisors and provide training on the vaccination mobile application and offer support and facilitation as needed.
- Validate data received from field officers/vaccinators.
- Improve caregiver mobile phone number registration.
- Actively participate in the meeting of Government stakeholders with regards to the Immunization/Polio vaccination and also ensure to make strong liaison with District Health Administration and prepare daily field reports and share with line-manager for monitoring purposes.
- Notify the manager and take corrective actions whenever any irregularities are suspected or detected.
- Maintain regular stock of all projects related equipment provided by IRD.
