- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA in Business Administration. Valid Bahraini/GCC driving license. Excellent communication skills in English for direct interaction with clients and consultants.
Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience in construction, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in waterproofing works.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Extensive knowledge of various waterproofing techniques, including: Sub-structure waterproofing. PU Foam applications. Membrane systems (all types). Light weight screed works. Proven ability to coordinate and manage employees within the waterproofing division. Strong sales and marketing skills for waterproofing works are essential. Ability to prepare tender enquiries, submittals, and related documentation.
