Electronic Technician-Doha, Qatar

• DAE in Electronics or related field, with a strong foundation in circuit theory and digital electronics. Certification such as IPC-A-610 or
• Certified Electronics Technician (CET) is highly desirable.              

Experience:

• Proven experience of 2-5 years in electronic repair, ideally within a manufacturing or technical service environment.
• Hands-on proficiency with soldering techniques and experience with both analog and digital systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals effectively. Strong problem-solving skills coupled with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in diagnostics.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling clear explanation of technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment, fostering collaboration.
• Physical dexterity and hand-eye coordination to handle small components and tools safely and efficiently.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages can be advantageous in diverse work settings.     

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed diagnostics on electronic systems and components to identify malfunctions and implement effective repairs.
• Assemble and test electronic circuitry, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Utilize specialized tools such as oscilloscopes and multi-meters to perform precise measurements and troubleshooting.
• Document repair processes and maintain an organized inventory of parts and supplies for efficient operations.
• Install and configure electronic equipment in various settings, ensuring optimal functionality according to user requirements. Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on existing systems to ensure longevity and reliability.
• Adhere to safety protocols while working with high-voltage equipment, minimizing risk to self and others.
• Provide technical support and training to users, enhancing their understanding and effective use of electronic devices.
