Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fireproofing and coating projects and Industry experience in construction, architecture, or engineering.
- Proficiency in fireproofing and coating techniques, knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Fluent in English (Verbal / Written). Proficient in MS Office
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting site surveys to assess fireproofing and coating requirements and Developing fireproofing and coating systems and specifications.
- Review project plans and designs to ensure compliance with fire protection regulations.
- Supervising the installation and application of fireproofing and coating materials.
- Conducting quality control inspections to ensure the effectiveness of fireproofing and coating systems.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets and Conducting risk assessments and implementing appropriate fire protection measures.
