- Bachelor of engineering in any discipline from a local/foreign university recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan
Experience:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in QHSE, preferably in E&P sector
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible to provide assistance to field in-charge in implementing PPL’s QHSE Policy and corporate procedures with a focus on coordination for audits and regulator’s visits, environmental monitoring, conducting management reviews, organizing sessions on themes such as risk identification & management, monitoring compliance of legal requirements and QHSE awareness. Able to ensure QHSE compliances at plant / wells through regular audits, inspection & spot checks. Extend support to field / location teams in implementation of Process Safety related tasks.
- Capable of inspecting firefighting accessories & maintaining their functionality.
- Able to correspond with relevant internal stakeholders in coordination & supervision of Field In-charge.
- Able to maintain records of various QHSE reporting as per timelines. Capable to participate in incident investigations as and when required.
- Able to support operations / maintenance teams in risk assessments / environmental impact assessments.
- Able to ensure availability and procurement of requisite PPEs for field staff. Capable of monitoring QHSE compliance during contractor jobs, Plant ATAs, and commissioning / de-commissioning jobs
