Experience:
- 4 to 6 years experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct rounds to ensure compliance of Waste segregation, collection, and safe disposal as per Waste management Plan and Organizational Policies and Ensure adherence to PPE by Waste Management Staff.
- Keep abreast with applicable governmental environmental/occupational regulations and standards, and department policies and procedures and Follow departmental policy, procedures and SOPs for workplace safety, exposures, handling and disposal of hazardous material. Follow departmental policies, procedures and SOPs as per JCIA/ISO. Ensure annual medical screening of waste management staff. Ensure safe transportation and disposal of Hazardous Waste to out. Act as “Waste Management Officer” and is responsible for the day to day implementation and monitoring for the Waste Management as per Hospital Waste Management Rules 2005.
