Qualification:
- B TECH / BE in Electronic & Instrumentation or Electrical & Instrumentation.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of similar experience in estimating Oil and Gas Onshore and Offshore E&I installation works.
- Experience in estimation of Major and Minor EPCs tenders.
- Having good knowledge and understanding of various oil and gas standards and specifications. Preparation of Project schedule in Primavera (additional) / MS Projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the preparation of cost sheet including direct cost, indirect cost, temporary facilities, sub-contractor scope, vendor scope related to E&I.
- Review Datasheets, Control Wiring Diagram, and Hook-Up drawings, Cable Schedule, Instrument Index, I/O List, Loop Drawings, Termination Drawings, Cause and Effect Chart, P&ID. Responsible for Read and understand tender / ITT, documents, drawings, Specification, Project schedules and carryout the site survey as required.
- Responsible for Floating Enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers /Subcontractors. Having good knowledge in Electrical Equipment like MV/LV Switchgear, Transformer, Generators, Cables, Light Fittings, Earthling & Lightning Protection. Having good knowledge in ELV System like Fire Alarm system, CCTV system, Access control system, Public Address system, IT Data, Lighting Control system. Having good knowledge in Instruments, DCS, ESD, RTU, SCADA, Telecom and F &G System. Having good knowledge to review Datasheets, Control Wiring Diagram, and Hook-Up drawings, Cable Schedule, Instrument Index, I/O List, Loop Drawings, Termination Drawings, Cause and Effect Chart, P&ID. Responsible to carry out the risks analysis with mitigation plan and evaluate the costs associated with the risks.
- Evaluation of Technical and commercial proposals of suppliers / subcontractors and organize the MOU with the vendors and sub-contractors on pre-bid stage. Preparation of Technical and commercial proposal as per Client requirement.
- Preparation of pre-bid presentation to the management with winning strategy. Preparation and Verify the Material Take off. Preparation of techno commercial clarification and qualifications. Adhere with the ARM competition policy and ethics. Ensuring Compliance with Health, Safety, & Environmental (HSE) Responsibilities as per the given induction (AR-F-HR-06_Rev. 0_16/03/2023).
- Comply with the ISO standards of 9001 & 45001 & 14001.
