By Institute of Business Administration, Karachi Qualification:
- At least 16 years of education from HEC recognized University / Institute.
 - Certification in Microsoft Excel would be a plus
 
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of office or academic experience is preferred.
 
Jobs Description:
- Facilitation of the Academic Research and Funding Committee (ARFC) and Logistical support for all training and workshops organized by ARFC and SBS.
 - Data management of research conducted in SBS.
 - Coordination and liaison with all concerned departments for data collection and Maintaining attendance records, recording workshop data, and managing all related information for the ARFC Committee.
 - Keeping and maintaing a track record of intellectual contributions from faculty.
 - Scheduling meetings and recording meeting minutes.
 - Venue management, coordination, and supplies management.
 - Facilitating the team for the SBS International Conference.
 - Ensuring the timely submission of required data to committees. Performing any other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor as needed.
