By Institute of Business Administration, Karachi       Qualification:

  • At least 16 years of education from HEC recognized University / Institute.
  • Certification in Microsoft Excel would be a plus 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of office or academic experience is preferred.             

Jobs Description:

  • Facilitation of the Academic Research and Funding Committee (ARFC) and Logistical support for all training and workshops organized by ARFC and SBS.
  • Data management of research conducted in SBS.
  • Coordination and liaison with all concerned departments for data collection and Maintaining attendance records, recording workshop data, and managing all related information for the ARFC Committee.
  • Keeping and maintaing a track record of intellectual contributions from faculty.
  • Scheduling meetings and recording meeting minutes.
  • Venue management, coordination, and supplies management.
  • Facilitating the team for the SBS International Conference.
  • Ensuring the timely submission of required data to committees. Performing any other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor as needed.
