  • High school graduate or equivalent and either University / College graduate  

Experience:

  • At least 2 year’s experience with an Admin job. 
  • Chartered Accountancy, or financial experience are required.
  • Must have Excellent office skills and Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and Experience maintaining and prioritizing a manager’s calendar.        

Job Description:

  • Managing a small portfolio of investments, tracking their performance, and ensuring all documentation relating to each investment is in order.
  • Ensure that the Shareholder and his family’s investments, administration, meetings, banking, and other private matters are taken care of efficiently.
  • Must be able to speak and write Spanish and English, Arabic is not essential but preferred
