Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain liaison with the call center and Head Office customer relations department for efficient handling of customer queries with customer-first approach
  • Data analysis skills with computer savvy and knowledge of automotive dealership sales and after-sales operations shall be an added advantage
