For Institute of Business Administration, Karachi Qualification:
- At least 16 years of education from an HEC recognized University / Institute.
- Certificate in Business Communication skills preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of office/ academic experience will be preferred and Should be well-versed in MS Office, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collect data from various departments and generate detailed reports and Schedule and coordinate meetings, maintain organized calendars, and prepare meeting minutes and Oversee venue logistics for all meetings and events to ensure smooth operations. Act as the main point of contact for organizing guest speaker sessions and panel discussions.
- Coordinate all aspects of guest speaker events, from scheduling to execution and Coordinate and organize various events, managing all aspects for successful outcomes and Develop presentations, draft write-ups, and draft essential emails as required.
- Manage travel arrangements for faculty members, including transport logistics.
- Update the SBS Website on time
