For Institute of Business Administration, Karachi Qualification:
- At at least bachelors degree from an HEC recognized university/institute.
Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of work experience is required.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Organize departmental and Board of Studies (BOS) meetings. Prepare comprehensive meeting minutes adhering to provided guidelines.
- Provide support for ERP and LMS issues in collaboration with the respective staff.
- Manage the Teachers Assistants records through the portal, Onboarding, and Payment issues, and assist and guide them as needed.
- Aid in implementing academic committee and academic board decisions within the department. Schedule presentations for the Department of Marketing and Oversee and manage documentation for the department.
