  • At at least bachelors degree from an HEC recognized university/institute.   


  • At least 1-2 years of work experience is required.             

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Organize departmental and Board of Studies (BOS) meetings. Prepare comprehensive meeting minutes adhering to provided guidelines.
  • Provide support for ERP and LMS issues in collaboration with the respective staff.
  • Manage the Teachers Assistants records through the portal, Onboarding, and Payment issues, and assist and guide them as needed.
  • Aid in implementing academic committee and academic board decisions within the department. Schedule presentations for the Department of Marketing and Oversee and manage documentation for the department.
