  • MBA in Human Resource Management 
  • Preferably a professional certification in Human Resource  

Experience:

  • Minimum 05 years of professional experience in a similar role with a reputable organization.
  • Proficient in utilizing HR modules of ERP systems.
  • Strong Communication Skills (Written and Verbal).
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Human Resource Policies & Procedures.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) for effective data analysis and reports.
  • Effective utilization of online recruitment portals and social media platforms for optimizing hiring process and attracting top talent to meet organizational needs 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Execute daily HR Operations and database management of employees. Manage end-to-end processes from recruitment to off boarding including Job Analysis.
  • Execution of an effective Performance Management System with implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Implement a comprehensive succession planning framework. Manage Leave Management System.
  • Implement a comprehensive succession planning framework.
  • Prepare departmental reports (Departmental Goals & Objectives, Workforce Planning, Turnover Analysis etc.)
