- MBA in Human Resource Management
- Preferably a professional certification in Human Resource
Experience:
- Minimum 05 years of professional experience in a similar role with a reputable organization.
- Proficient in utilizing HR modules of ERP systems.
- Strong Communication Skills (Written and Verbal).
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Human Resource Policies & Procedures.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) for effective data analysis and reports.
- Effective utilization of online recruitment portals and social media platforms for optimizing hiring process and attracting top talent to meet organizational needs
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute daily HR Operations and database management of employees. Manage end-to-end processes from recruitment to off boarding including Job Analysis.
- Execution of an effective Performance Management System with implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implement a comprehensive succession planning framework. Manage Leave Management System.
- Implement a comprehensive succession planning framework.
- Prepare departmental reports (Departmental Goals & Objectives, Workforce Planning, Turnover Analysis etc.)
