Jobs Description:

• Conduct outreach and engage prospective partners; build rapport with industry leaders and create mutually beneficial relationship.
• Foster and manage relationships with key counterparts at existing and prospective strategic partners.
• Conduct presentations to explain the product portfolio held by EXIM: Insurance, Reinsurance, Financing, etc., to lay people in simple terms.– Identify prospective partners and assess their product pipeline, export support needs, target markets as well as internal programs that are not adequately funded.
• Identify appropriate opportunities that support strategic priorities through interaction with senior business and industry leaders, corporate, SMEs, financial institutions and government sector.
• Develop and articulate value propositions and messages.– Define strategic partnership goals and objectives.
• Conduct full range of corporate development activities from search & evaluation, due diligence, deal structuring and negotiation of MOUs, contracts and agreements with legal counsel’s aid.
• Maintain coolness in uncomfortable situations, and as the moderator for meetings maintains and establishes a calm environment with dissenting parties.
• Manage teams & initiatives, monitor, research, & evaluate the current market landscape to identify areas of opportunity, providing senior management with evaluation based on analysis of information in complicated and unique situations, providing direct support to high end clients, ensuring a seamless transaction experience for new trade clients, proactively managing client portfolio, etc.
