By Institute of Business Administration, Karachi for Center for Executive Education (CEE) Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field from an HEC recognized University/Institute.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of work experience is preferred.
- However fresh graduates are also encourage to apply.
KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of training facilities. Coordinate with support staff to ensure all necessary resources and equipment are available for each training session.
- Source and procure training materials, supplies, and equipment needed for various courses. Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of resources.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including room setup, audiovisual equipment, and catering services.
- Communicate logistics details to instructors, participants, and support staff. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in training center operations. Propose and implement changes to enhance the overall effectiveness of training programs.
