MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for course analysis of the program.
  • Preparing Program/Semester-wise course buckets on ERP and Document Collection of all students enrolled in their program and Maintain deadlines and ensure compliance. Manual Enrollment of all fresh students.
  • Submit all attested academic documents to Degree section. Facilitate unaccommodated students after Facilitation Week. Effectively manage and communicate any class cancellations and aid in scheduling of makeup sessions.
  • Provide all sorts of assistance to students of their program i.e., information, facilitation, approvals.
  • Facilitate faculty/departmental queries pertaining to their program. Maintain an active/live database on ERP to facilitate data-related queries from external stakeholders. Integration of academic program to digital platform as advised.
