By Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi Qualification:

Jobs Description:
- Responsible for course analysis of the program.
- Liaise with Chairpersons, faculty members and finalize the courses to be offered in the upcoming semester.
- Preparing Program/Semester-wise course buckets on ERP and Document Collection of all students enrolled in their program and Maintain deadlines and ensure compliance. Manual Enrollment of all fresh students.
- Submit all attested academic documents to Degree section and Effectively manage and communicate any class cancellations and aid in scheduling of makeup sessions and Provide all sorts of assistance to students of their program i.e., information, facilitation, approvals. Facilitate faculty/departmental queries pertaining to their program.
- Maintain an active/live database on ERP to facilitate data-related queries from external stakeholders.
- Integration of academic program to digital platform as advised
