By Pakistan Oilfields Limited, Rawalpindi Qualification:
- Master’s Degree from HEC Recognized Institution, preferably MBA in Supply Chain Management.
Experience:
- Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization. Hands-on experience in ERP Systems preferably Oracle
- Excellent knowledge of Inventory and Store Management. Strong command on Microsoft Office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receiving and Issuance of Materials and Ensure accurate up to date records of all stock items in the Stores.
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate re-ordering to prevent shortages / surplus. Ensure proper storage conditions to preserve the quality of materials. Ensure timely issuance of materials to the relevant departments based on approved requisitions.
- Manage proper tagging, labeling and storage of materials for easy identification and retrieval.
- Follow and ensure HSE guidelines in operations.
