Jobs Description:
- Oversee and manage the performance of digital platforms including websites, social media platforms, portals, and online systems.
- Update all the OSA websites as and when there is new information, ensuring consistency across all websites.
- Collaborate with IT, marketing, and the program office, as well as other offices/departments to streamline all announcements and posts.
- Act as liaison between OSA and students to collect photos and details to announce events.
- Monitor and implement new digital trends and best practices that can boost visibility and reach.
- Manage all OSA online systems and coordinate with the relevant departments to fix any errors or glitches.
