Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Professional Engineer (PE) are preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or engineering roles.
- Experience working in industries such as Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, and Engineering maintenance.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and facility management systems. GCC experience is preferable
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety and Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the facility operates efficiently and safely.
- Manage construction and renovation projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and contractor oversight and Respond to facility emergencies and coordinate with emergency response teams as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues before they become major problems.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and regulatory compliance.
- Train and oversee facility staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively
