  • Secondary School (Academic / General)
  • Preferably holding a bachelor’s degree.

Experience:

  • 0 to 1 year experience You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. Prior experience as a Receptionist in Real Estate.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Customer service attitude. Attend to all customer/tenants queries/complaints and interact with courtesy and respect.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary. Provide general administrative support to sales and admin department.
  • Perform other clerical and administrative duties such as filing, photocopying and scheduling Management meetings as and when required. Tele sales, preparing general report, maintaining the office stationery & grocery inventory.
  • Scheduling of vendor appointments as and when required, booking itinerary for Management/Staff as and when needed and maintaining visitor file and following security procedures”
