• Minimum Bachelor’s degree and fluent in English, Urdu and Sindhi with computer literate.

Experience:

• Experience in child care and development will be preferred       

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Management and supervision of a residential center that normally houses 100 to 150 children and young adults of various ages and mentor these children in a friendly, respectful manner while forcing discipline
• Help youth to prepare for an independent, adult life outside the village and working in tandem with a volunteer-based members committee and staff
• Helps promote the physical, mental and psychological health of its residents
