Experience:
- 4 to 6 years’ experience including min 5+ years of experience in UAE Competent in using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
- Skilled in high-level communication with fleet decision-maker.
- Proficient negotiator with suppliers in the service, maintenance, and repair sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring fleet operations comply with relevant legislation and regulations. Coordinating with Insurance Brokers to arrange appropriate coverage for drivers and vehicles.
- Assisting in the creation and implementation of effective policies and procedures for fleet operations.
- Overseeing vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules to minimize downtime and Monitoring driver behavior and taking disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Keeping detailed and accurate records of vehicle inspections and maintenance. Tracking fleet expenses and ensuring they stay within the allocated budget.
