- Graduate in Hospitality Management or relevant field
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing services to his customers in IPD (Room Services) at other outlets.
- Ensure high class hygiene standards are maintained at all times
- Provide efficient services, comfortable seating arrangement at Cafeteria for employees, guests and medical staff etc and supervision of cafeteria counter at meal hours ensuring proper cash handling. Supervise trays line system in liaison with dietitians and kitchen staff, looks after all the employee services.
- Visit patients to get feedback regarding FNSD services. Organize official functions, parties and meetings
- Maintain the accounts of the patient’s regular meals and extra services. Supervise cash transactions and services during meal hours.
- Train the staff in effective and efficient customer services.
- Ensure that inventory in managed on daily basis.
- Ensure timely removal of empty trays from IPD floors.
- Ensure compliance of Infection Control Practices & hand hygiene practices. Follow & ensure implementation of departmental policy, procedures & SOPs as per ISO/ JCIA.
