By Future Air Conditioning-Refrigeration and Contracting Company WLL, Kuwait Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
 
Experience:
- Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the automotive or repair industry, is preferred.
 - Basic knowledge of automotive terminology and radiator repair services is a plus. Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, for data entry and communication is essential
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with a warm welcome, assess their radiator repair needs, and direct them to the appropriate service personnel.
 - Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments efficiently, and ensure clear communication between clients and technicians.
 - Accurately document client information, vehicle details, and repair requests in the system, maintaining data integrity.
 - Prepare invoices, process payments, and handle financial transactions with precision and adherence to company policies.
 - Knowledge of job costing strategy.
