• BE / BSc from HEC recognized university. Master’s degree or diploma in related field will be an added advantage

Experience:

• Minimum 6 years’ experience of General Management at any reputed organization, effectively managed 200 plus employees. 5 years’ experience as head of any organization / department. 5 years of experience of civil work and infrastructure development.
• 7 years’ experience of up keeping, maintenance and refurbishment operations of buildings, preferably close to sea
• Experience in public relations and interactions with government departments.
• Knowledge of safety and security of buildings and infrastructure.
