  • 15+ years of relevant experience with minimum 5 years in a leading role in a textile company with proven leadership, sales and management skills and correspondence skills 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales & Production Planning: Lead end-to-end sales and marketing, focusing on production capacity to plan sales and minimize losses.
  • Market Leadership: Drive sales growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationship. Take charge of product development, ensuring products are competitive and align with market trends.
  • Financial & Market Acumen: Develop and maintain costing sheets, adjust pricing based on market conditions and gather market intelligence on competitors and new products.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure timely delivery by coordinating with inventory, merchandising and operations, understanding the critical nature of customer deadlines and seasonality
  • Customer & Market Expansion: Manage payment follow-ups to ensure timely revenue collection. Strategize and execute plans to expand market share across various sales channels
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize market analysis to identify new opportunities and mitigate threats with focus on improving key performance indicators like sales revenue, gross profits ans customer retention
