Experience:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities by researching and contacting potential clients. Participate in sales calls and meetings to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions. Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to drive sales performance.
