• Minimum 20 years of experience with preferably 10 years of executive leadership experience in diverse industries, including experience with family-owned business

• Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic plan in alignment with the vision and goals of the Board of Directors and lead an executive team overseeing a diverse range of business sectors, ensuring cohesive collaboration, synergies, shared success and economies of scale
• Uphold the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring legal and ethical compliance
