By Human Resource Solutions International (HRSI), Karachi for a  newly established clean energy company, Karachi        Qualification:

  • Minimum 16 years of education preferably masters from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or a related field

Experience:

  • Minimum 6-7 years of professional experience preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2-5 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position.
  • Experience in renewable industry.
  • Proven track record of business development experience of sizable projects

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for generating sales opportunities, preparing tenders and negotiating contracts including onshore and offshore wind, solar and battery storage projects and other renewables.
  • Responsible for building the projects pipeline for the Company through extensive business development activities. Responsible for ensuring financial viability of all the new, ongoing and future projects to create a win-win situation for both the Company and the client.
  • Define project scope, budget estimation, execution strategies, deliverable that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders and management.
  • Refine strategies for the development of energy projects in Solar, Onshore and Offshore Wind, Battery Energy Storage and other renewables.
  • Establish relationships with potential project partners like potential customers, OEMs, EPC contractors, government and regulatory parties.
  • Responsible for proposals delivery, requirements documentations and completion of legal documents with project stakeholders.
  • Responsible for staying abreast on industry trends, publications and reports that provide in-depth analysis, data, and forecasts for renewable energy sector and Advise on deals structures; develop end to end process to effectively and efficiently close deals.
  • Create strong market presence and increase awareness of Company’s renewables.
