• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in business, marketing, accounting, finance, economices or related fields from HEC recognized institutions

Experience:

• 15 years’ of relevant experience with minimum 06 years in senior management position such as Financial Head, Group Head or Business Head .   
• Experience in managing distribution channels and business collaborations for driving scale.               

Jobs Description:

• Strong track record of managing a consumer banking or consumer finance business. Prior track record of driving business growth. 
• Drive exponential growth of business by developing alternate distribution channels and platforms.
• Establish collaborative relationships with other market leaders for business expansion and Responsible for understanding and analyzing business trends to deliver solutions to the business.
• Explore new and unconventional avenues for developing alternate channels for business growth.
• Develop alliances with other entities in different segments to optimize business growth and Ensure the feasibility of new / proposed business models and align all internal and external stakeholders for their execution and Plan and direct all aspects of channel development regarding policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Analyze the research done, create and adjust budgets and timelines, and determine which platforms and channels are best for the company’s business goals.
• Develop and implement a strategic product roadmap that maximizes sales revenue and achieves all corporate strategic goals. Partner with the sales team and business associates to develop marketing techniques and strategies to reach customers in a specific channel.
• Research and report on new and emerging technologies and best practices, making recommendations for how to integrate them with existing and new initiatives across product platforms.
• Responsible for converting business requirements into functional specifications and ensuring solutions conform to business requirements.
• Develop / brainstorm creative plans and initiatives with internal departments and external partners.
