By The Aga Khan University, Karachi for Nutrition and Food Services Department Qualification:
- Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Food Sciences or other relevant disciplines preferably with professional certification like HCIMA or other relevant certifications from recognized institutes
Experience:
- At least ten years of working in nutrition and food service departments of large organizations, preferable in healthcare and hospitality industries with at least five years in a senior role, international exposure will be an adventage
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the Nutrition Food Services Department (NFSD) function at AKUH and other locations within Karachi
- S/he will develop goals and manage capital and operational budgets related to food and non-food items and will ensure nutritional, safe and quality production of food for patients, staff and visitors and develop processes to bring operational efficiency to the systems resulting in cost effectiveness while ensuring that the department maintains IDO 22000:2018 certification
