Head of Exploration-Islamabad

• Degree in Geology, Geophysics or related discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum 20 years’ experience within an E&P operating company.
• Proven track record in prospect generation and maturation.
• Experience with carbonate reservoirs preferred.
• Basin experience in Pakistan / South Asia region advantageous  

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Lead exploration strategy and portfolio planning.
• Management of 2D / 3D seismic planning, acquisition and processing.
• Prospect generation, maturation, and ranking and Geological, geophysical, and seismic interpretation.
• Resource estimation, risking, and volumetric assessments and Leadership of multidisciplinary exploration teams.
• Technical interaction with joint venture partners and regulators. Presentation of exploration results to senior management and the Board
