Experience:
- Must have overall 10+ years of experience in similar capacity, 2-3 years of experience in similar industry would be a plus. Expert level command on MS Office
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Optimize, monitor and manage entire Hire to Retire process by ensuring accuracy at each level considering the market best practices. Optimize, design, implement and monitor the Compensation & benefits structure and PMS system based on the market’s best practices and the company’s needs while ensuring compliance and confidentiality at each level.
- Optimize and Monitor HR operations by ensuring a layer of info/data/documents confidentiality throughout the workflow. Optimize and Monitor Employer Branding & LGD function by ensuring policy compliance and approved annual budget. Optimize existing and implement a suitable ERP solution for HR functions optimization and efficiency.
- Prepare annual HR budget (Employee Engagement, Hiring & LGD) for final approval of the CEO. Periodic evaluation and Implementation of the HR Manual, processes & SOPs.
- Optimize & monitor key HR metrics (punctuality index, turnover rate, productivity rate, Training effectiveness index, Retention rate, and etc.) and present the results to the SMT as per their requirement (annually/semi-annually / quarterly / monthly etc.)
