- Master’s/bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline from HEC Recognized Institute/University.

Experience:
- 9–13+ years in progressive IT roles with 3–5 years in leadership (manufacturing / production environment highly desirable).
- Skills: Deep expertise in IT strategy, governance, and ERP optimization for manufacturing environments.
- Strong ability to assess and upgrade complex IT systems, ensuring scalability and security and Proven skills in project management, budgeting, and risk mitigation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strategic IT Leadership & & ERP Modernization: Develop and execute a forward-looking IT strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on ERP up gradation, optimization, automation, and workflow enhancements. Lead the end-to-end modernization of IT infrastructure and ERP system into a scalable, integrated platform. Champion change management to ensure smooth adoption across teams, from shop-floor operators to senior leadership.
- 2. Cyber security & Infrastructure Resilience.: Ensure the availability and resilience of infrastructure. Maintain disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans (BCP) to minimize downtime and ensure operational resilience. Oversee cyber security strategy, incident response, and compliance with global and local data protection regulations.
- 3. IT Governance, Compliance & Audits: Establish and enforce IT policies, controls, and documentation frameworks to meet regulatory and internal audit requirements. Coordinate IT audits, risk assessments, and remediation initiatives to address gaps in security, compliance, and process efficiency. Ensure alignment with global and local data protection laws, and industry-specific standards.
- 4. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering innovation, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration. Partner with CFO, operations, and management leaders to align IT initiatives with business priorities. Manage vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective procurement and SLA compliance for IT services.
