• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field from HEC recognized institution or a reputed international university

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of post qualification relevant working experience and prior experience in producing research reports

Jobs Description:

• Responsible to lead in developing and delivering an effective and robust research platform for the company including conducting sectoral and country studies as well as preparation of research reports for management and critical stake for effective decision-making
• Conducting sectoral research for analyzing economic data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders and analyzing income patterns to understand the impact of economic policies and market conditions on different groups of consumers and businesses
• Producing research articles, position papers on housing and property sector and related subjects and proficient in use of econometric software for data analysis and interpretation
• Advanced knowledge of statistical forecasting and data analysis and econometrics/economics models and tools
