- Minimum 16 years of education with a University degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance.
Experience:
- Minimum of 25 years of total experience with 8-10 years of senior level positions within energy, chemical, power and other process industries and Well versed with country’s supply dynamics, pricing and regulatory environment.
- Experience pertaining to Board and shareholder matters will be key and Demonstrable exposure in developing and executing strategic, operational excellence and asset integrity plans including contractor management.
- Strong commercial acumen including negotiations, structuring and risk management.
- Highest level of personal integrity combined with outstanding teamwork and Financial acumen and the ability to manage complex budgets and financial forecasts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of our technology and data strategy, aligning it with our business objectives and growth plans and Define complete technology stack and provide a complete migration plan of customers from closed loop to open loop environment.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of software and hardware infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, efficient, and reliable and Establish data governance practices and standards to safeguard data integrity and compliance.
- Ensure implementation of robust system for cyber security.
- Lead and act as the primary system administrator, overseeing all functions of network administrators, security administrator, data base administrator and server’s administrator.
- Lead the technology audit of partners and service providers and ensure audit and health checks of not only system but processes, HR and financial aspects of service providers.
- Act as the focal point for the regulator from technology compliance perspective.
- Integrate new tech platforms and products into existing platform in order to ensure compliance to best industry practices and provide a seamless experience to consumers.
- Implement data analytics and business intelligence solutions to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and monitor the business continuity plan (BCP) and ensure regular DR drills and effective data replication across platforms.
