• Intermediate  

Experience:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Verbal and Written Skills both in English and Urdu.
• Use smartphone or tablet for data collection                

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Act as point of contact for caregivers’ inquiries. Manage calls on a daily basis from caregivers.
  
• Solve care givers queries and Update sheet of daily work completed.
• Ensure compliance with Standing operating procedures and policies and procedures.
• Assist in updating, maintaining and expanding helpline network, resources and databases.
